On this episode I speak to Dysheka Bibbs who is dually licensed in the states of South Carolina as a Licensed Independent Social Worker- Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) and an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC) and in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Certified Addiction Specialist (LCAS). Dysheka is a Board Certified TeleMealth Health Provider and a National Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. On the episode Dysheka discusses what mental health is and how finances can play a part in mental stress. Dysheka shares how she became passionate about mental health at an early age and why affirmations are so important to our healing.
